Reporting Absence
To report your childs absence in Arbor please use your Arbor App and send a message to the school entitled 'Absence'. This will come directly to the school office.
To find the messaging function please go to the home page in the app, on the bottom right of the screen there is a silhouette head, please click on this link and it will take you to where you can send a message.
If you do not have the Arbor app, please send an email to attendance@bluecoat.gloucs.sch.uk entitling the email 'Absence' and entering details of absence in the message.
Please note that any Leave of Absence (Holiday Requests) require a form to be completed. This can be found in the school entrance or an email copy can be requested.
