Reporting Absence
To report your child's absence please send an email to attendance@bluecoat.gloucs.sch.uk entitling the email 'Absence' and entering details of absence in the message including your child's class.
To record their absence in Arbor please use your Arbor App and send a message to the school including your child's name and the class they are enrolled in.
To find the messaging function please go to the home page in the app, on the bottom right of the screen there is a silhouette head, please click on this link and it will take you to where you can send a message.
Please note that any Leave of Absence (Holiday Requests) require a form to be completed. This can be found in the school entrance or an email copy can be requested.
