PTA
Who are we?
Blue Coat School Parent Teachers Association (PTA) is a registered charity run by the volunteer parents and teachers from the school family. We raise funds by arranging a variety of fundraising events, which are led by the dedicated network of volunteers helping us out. There are events throughout the year ranging from raffles and cake sales to discos, seasonal events and the fantastic May Fayre.
The PTA relies on the goodwill and generosity of its many volunteers, both in terms of donations and time and we could not achieve what we do without their help. If you are interested in joining the PTA, as a committee member or helper, we would be overjoyed to hear from you. Contact details: Lou Dolling (PTA Secretary) pta@bluecoat.gloucs.sch.uk or any member of the PTA Committee.
Can you join us?
We would love to hear from you if you would like to support the PTA in any way. Please feel free to make contact directly with any member of the committee below or email pta@bluecoat.gloucs.sch.uk

Class Representatives
Our Class representatives are parents allocated to a year group and their role is to ensure that accurate and timely communications and reminders are sent to parents and carers via social media. This is an invaluable service and one which can remind parents that children need wellies; that they have Forest school the following day or to reiterate a message sent out by the school.
