Staff

Our core staff are at least Level 3 qualified Early Years Specialists with many years of experience. All staff members regularly update their professional knowledge with relevant training courses to ensure that our practice is dynamic and up-to-date with current government regulations. We are a committed and enthusiastic team and share the responsibilities of leading and running the sessions.

Organisational Structure

Blue Coat Pre-School & Busy Bees Unit is a registered Charity and the Unit consists of Blue Coat Pre-School (operating during the school day) and Busy Bees which is the Before & After School care for the primary school children.

Although we work very closely with Blue Coat Primary School we operate as a separate business. Blue Coat Pre-School & Busy Bees is overseen by an elected Committee of Management Trustees who are volunteer parents. A separate Parent Committee helps to raise funds.  To become involved with either of these Committees please contact the Administrator for more information.
