                                                     The mysterious creature

The five-foot tall creature stood rummaging through the oversized baked bean tins looking for scraps to eat. His cloak ,was jagged and scragged, which drooped down, from his egg shaped head leaving it uncovered. Its spindly long arm stuck out so everyone who walks past him will get beaten by his bony skeleton like fingers.
His hair was spiked up like he had been in a battle or been dragged through a hedge. The ears was as large as elephant ears that was stuck to his bumpy skin. Pointy, the nose curved and protruded outwards to the ground, the nose was on his semi circled head. The mouth had a sinister smile as if something was about to happen....

Abby, I love the line: 'been dragged through a hedge' creates a rather vivid image in my head of a really scruffy character - super writing.
