We are due to start a new topic on Journalistic Writing in our literacy work next week.  We shall be looking at newspapers and the features of report writing.  Class New Zealand is going to be temporarily relocated to Fleet Street and the classroom will be renamed the newsroom!

To help ready yourselves for what is to come, have a go at this game to introduce the main points.

I found this very interesting, fun and knowledgeable. I liked the way it made making up a story about little red ridding hood enjoyable and it taught me new ways to write a newspaper account. :lol:

It was a good film and it gave me some ideas about how to make my journalistic writing a bit more exciting.
