Victorian Day!

We had a fantastic time on Friday travelling back in time to the Victorian era.  Each class got the chance to visit a Victorian school run by Mr Clements, a Victorian scullery where they washed cloths and floors with Mrs Goodship, a Victorian playground with Victorian toys and games (most children preferred these games and toys to the computer games we have nowadays!)

They also got to study Victorian artefacts with Mrs Gargano, make delicious rock cakes with Mrs Dove and do a Victorian quiz with Mrs Awbery

Big thank you as always to all the teachers and parents that helped.  Thanks also to The Museum in the Park, Stroud for lending us so many artefacts and making this day possible.
