Wriggly worms!

We had a chilly but great time this week at forest school. We began by pretending to be birds and had to hunt for 'worms' hidden all over the place. We looked under logs, in the grass and amongst the branches. Then we set about on our own projects building shelters, discovering real bugs and getting very muddy in the digging area. Some of the children discovered the musical sounds which can be made by clashing two saucepan lids together which then emerged into a mini forest school band. (I think a little more rehearsing is needed!) Remember next week is our last session so wrap up warm.  Well done everyone for managing all those layers, hats and gloves. Thank you to Jasper's Mum and Isla's Mum for your help this week.
