Your thoughts!

Class India have made some great comments thinking about the school year, and I thought it would be nice for us to do the same.

The academic year is drawing to a close; Year 5 children, you're preparing to lead the school from September, and Year 6 children, you're gearing up for secondary school. There are exciting times ahead for all of you! But before we move on and say goodbye, let's pause for reflection and share (with each other and the rest of the school community) something about the past year. Here are a selection of questions to help you think about your reflection:
1. What is something we did this past year that you will remember for the rest of your life?
2. What is something you accomplished this year that you're proud of?
3. What was the nicest thing someone in our class did for you this year?
4. What was the most challenging part of this year for you?
5. Where is your favourite place in our classroom (school)? Why?
6. What are 3 things you did this year to help your classmates?
7. In what area do you feel you made the biggest improvements?
8. What is your favourite part of the day in our class? Why?
9. What are 3 adjectives that best describe the school year?
10. What advice would you give to children entering Year 5/6 next year?
