Deadly Dinosaurs - Do you know your carnivores?
The Tyrannosaurus Rex is arguably the most famous and most feared of all the dinosaurs. But what do we really know about this amazing creature?
He was a meat-eater. He was independent and hunted on his own rather than in a group. This fierce carnivore had teeth that were the size of bananas. If he fell over when running he would probably die as he was unable to get back up.
This killing machine had two very small hands with two fingers on each hand.
As you might have guessed, our topic this term is all about dinosaurs. Georgie's favourite dinosaur is a t-rex and Kane's is one of the spiky tail ones. I think the biggest dinosaur is a bracheosaurus. It looks like a diplodocus but it has a longer neck. T-rex has teeth the size of a banana and the fierce t-rex is almost the size of a bracheosaurus so it must be very big. The spiky tail one uses it's tale as a weapon because if it needed to fight it would swing it's tale around in circles and will kill it's enemy.
