Ancient Greek Day!
Today, Mexico Class learnt about the Ancient Greeks! Well done for everyone’s great costumes! We discovered so many new facts especially about Greek vases, the alphabet and Greek theatre!
Congratulations to the top three vase artists - Beth, Bradley and Tom for designing outstanding Greek pots (it was a very tough decision). Well done!
Can anybody name the three different Greek vases and what they were used for?
Also, what three different plays were written? Which was the first? Who was the famous playwright of the time? Who went to see the Greek plays?
