Chairs for Bears

We have had a very busy week designing chairs for our bears during our literacy work. If you have any boxes ranging from small (soap/toothpaste) to larger cereal size boxes then please bring them in next week as we will be busy putting our plans into action.

Thank you so much to Mrs Blaken who not only changes our maths games each week but also brought in some fluffy goslings for us all to see and cuddle.  Sophie Blaken and her younger brother Edward did a great job explaining how the goslings hatch and grow.

We have all followed instructions and made delicious porridge this week. I think we all enjoyed the tasting part. In Numeracy we have been learning all about 'capacity'. See if you can remember 'full', 'empty', 'nearly full' and 'half full' when you are playing in the bath next time!

We are really looking forward to our Reception Worship next Friday. Please could you bring in your costume by next Wednesday if possible.  Any problems just pop in and see us! The children are really looking forward to having lunch with Mums and Dads so we do hope you can join us.

As always, if younger siblings are coming to our Worship please don't hesitate to use the corridor if you feel they may distract our performers on stage! Many thanks for your support.
