Purpose: To Present a balanced argument about  Banning TV

Audience: The BBC listeners/readers

TV gives people in this day entertainment but do we really need it?

Lots of children in this day watch TV the majority of the day when they could be playing with their friends consequently parents could relax whist their out and get on with dinner or do what they want and the kids can meet new people and get more friends.

Though the people who work at a TV station would have no job so the economy would get weak again then the government would need to pay for more jobs then less money for Hospitals or other important things.

But if we do ban TV then it would encourage kids to read then there reading ,writing, maths  and spellings so then they will become more independent what will help their future and get a well paid job.

So their are bad reasons and good ones but if we don't ban TV  then they will have to make it more educational .

Well Done William, I'm rally pleased to see you blogging independently. A great first attempt at a balanced argument.

I really like the way you tried to provide a way forward at the end of your post
