Don't Forget...

...St Mary's Church fete on Saturday 14th July

02/07/2018 at 2:22pm

The bright blue sky sat there as it stared at the jagged rock which sat on the pail bright yellow sand. The gentle breeze swayed the palm trees from side to side over some yellow beach huts which they were protecting from the burning sun.

A cluster of beach huts looked deserted, like they were waiting for some travelers to come along to make them useful. The green grass protruded though the pail blanket of sand, hopping not to be burned by the scorching sun.

The island looks very peaceful and welcoming to people who would like to relax in the sunshine so people would come and visit.

A great attempt at using personification Dylan: 'The bright blue sky sat there as it starred at the jagged rock'
