Don't Forget...

....school term ends on Friday 15th December at 2.30pm

Oliver heard a sound. Immediately the boy awoke to find himself in a little fire-lit room. The mouse-like boy was slumped into a stained leather chair. Where am I? How did I get here? Thousands of questions jam-packed his brain. He panicked and was about to scream for help when he heard a soft voice.

"Don't worry" it said as a gentle old lady shuffled towards him grasping two cracked china cups. "I brought you a drink of water." She handed him a cup. The water was quickly drunk by Oliver. "So, my dear," wheezed the old lady. "Where do you come from." Oliver tried to answer politely but the only word he could just about squeeze out was "London." "Oh my goodness," she replied in utter amazement.

"Well you better get going then."

Love the use of the passive voice here, Oliver.

Where should the new paragraphs go in these sentences?

The new paragraph should go between "London" and "Oh my goodness" because every time a new person begins speaking you need to start a new paragraph.
